Frank C. Fleming

While in college as a scholarship athlete at the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Fleming served as president of his fraternity and president of the student body for 1974-75. He received the prestigious Arno Nowotny award and was elected to the Friar Society.

After a successful real estate career in the area of raw land sales, he felt the calling for a change of direction into the legal field. In 1989, he enrolled in Southern Methodist University School of Law. He is a Dallas native and his father (also a graduate of SMU Law) had practiced law in Dallas for over fifty years.

In 1992, upon graduation and admittance to the Bar the same year, he joined the law firm of McKinley, Hinton & Ringer. In 1995, Fleming opened his own solo practice which continued for thirteen years. In 2008, Fleming joined the firm of Baron & Budd and worked in their probate department until his project was completed in 2013. Fleming returned to private practice until becoming associated with Kaplan & Moon in 2017.

His emphasis has been in the area of commercial litigation with a focus on contract dispute resolution, whether it be by mediation, arbitration, or trial. He is able to assist you in the areas of Debt Collection, Probate and Estate Administration, Real Estate Contracts and Closings, and several other specialties.
